Hair can be removed from almost any part of the body. Some common areas include lip, chin, hairline, eyebrows, top of the nose, cheeks, sideburn area, feet, and hands.

Avoid Caffeine: Skip coffee or tea before your session to reduce skin sensitivity.
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to keep your skin healthy and prepared.
Exfoliate Gently: Lightly exfoliate the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment if possible
Avoid Tweezing/Waxing: Let the hair grow naturally. Avold shaving prior to treatment to allow hair to be at least 1-2mm in length.
Skip Lotions and Makeup: Arrive with clean, product-free skin for the best results.
Dress Comfortably: Wear loose clothing to avold irritation after the treatment.
Communicate Any Concerns: Let your electrologist know if you're on any medications or have skin sensitivities.

Follow these simple guidelines after your treatment to ensure the best results!
Do not touch or pick treated area
Do not expose area to any sunlight, natural or artificial for 48 hours
Avoid makeup on treated area for 48 hours
Avoid getting the treated area dirty. If you will be in a situation where you will get dirty or sweaty, apply a thin layer of antibiotic ointment to the area prior to activity. Then gently wash immediately after
Do not pick off scabs if they should appear, let them heal naturally
If pustules should appear do not pick. Apply a compress of 1 TBS Epsom salt to 1 quart warm water. Apply 2-3 times per day. You may also use antibiotic cream (recommended over ointment to avoid clogging pores.)
Vitamin E Oil and Aloe Vera Gel encourage skin healing and can help reduce pigmentation

- Wear Loose Clothing: On the day of your treatment, wear loose, comfortable clothing to avoid irritation on the treated area.

- Absorb (Day of procedure)
Gently blot the area with a clean tissue to absorb excess lymph. Removing lymph prevents hardening.
- Wash(7-10 days
Wash daily and gently to remove bacteria. Dial soap is best. Rinse thoroughly. Pat dry and do not use exfoliating products.
- Moisturize
Apply Aquaphor 3 times a day with a cotton swab. Do not over-apply. Never put Aquaphor on a damp or wet tattoo. No make-up or oily products for 3 days.
